Meditation
Guided meditations gently bring children through calming exercises to quiet the mind and teach them to find their own version of inner peace. An enhanced focus can lead to better concentration in the classroom as well as improve learning and academic performance.
Sound Healing
The vibrations of sound with singing bowls and use of voice are proven to promote a sense of emotional balance and well-being. Sound healing also reduces tension, anger, fatigue, anxiety, and depression.
Mindfulness
Guided mindfulness practice teaches children to focus on the present moment, improving concentration and reducing stress. This practice also helps children develop self-regulation skills, including impulse control and decision-making.
